The problem is not QuicKeys but launching into Multifinder with SuperClock 3.8. I found that the problem went away with Multifinder 6.1a2. Solutions: Don't switch launch (using ToMultifinder from the finder or command option clicking on Multifinder itself), startup with Multifinder, get Multifinder 6.1a2 or better (it's not an official release yet), or get SuperClock 3.6? I'm not sure about 3.7.
