A few things i want to know in particular are: 1 what is the config hard & soft ware needed to run existing c programs? 2 if i have a piece of scientific c code - nothing special, how much gain will i get above running on a std Mac II under MPW or THINK c? 3 during execution, does the coporcessor take over the machine till its done or is the coprocessor multifinder compatible? 4 how much does 'standard' c code need to be reworked to run on these transputers? 5 are there any automatic parallizing compilers that will take advantage of more than one transputer - if present in the system? Can anybody help?
