Message-ID: <6731@decvax.dec.com> Date: 22 Feb 90 14:57:09 GMT Sender: news@decvax.dec.com Reply-To: vasudev@pmax4.ZK3.DEC.COM (Vasudev K. Bhandarkar) Organization: Ultrix Engineering Group, DEC, NH Lines: 19 I didn't find a discussion on this problem, so here goes: The 8-bit video card on my MAC-II seems to blank out every once in a while. It revives when I wiggle the connector at the back of the box. In the past, I have also opened the box up, unplugged the card and plugged it back in. This works for about 2 months or so and then its back to blank-dom! Has anyone else seen this problem, and if so what's the solution? My Apple one-year warranty ran out last month! Any advice in this area will be much appreciated. -Vasudev vasudev@decvax.dec.com PH: (603)881-0428 (office) (603)429-1205 (home)
