I know we are supposed to consult Claris on this, but I figured unless I get lucky and someone at Claris is reading this, getting their documents is going to take a couple of weeks. Older (pre-Claris) copies of Tech Notes #11 and #12 would be helpful, I suppose, but I would still need an explanation of difference between the "memory-based" format and the "disk-based" format. What I really want is a format that programs which import MacWrite files will read, including PageMaker, Word, and the later versions of MacWrite itself. Reply via mail and I will summarize any non-Tech Note info I receive or possibly simply post any of the older Tech Notes I receive (instead of a few dozen people posting complete copies...). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Pete Gontier | InterNet: 6600pete@ucsbuxa.ucsb.edu, BitNet: 6600pete@ucsbuxa Editor, Macker | Online Macintosh Programming Journal; mail for subscription Hire this kid | Mac, DOS, C, Pascal, asm, excellent communication skills
