We've recently acquired an Intergraph MicroVAX II running VAX/VMS 5.1.  The 
sytem has an Emulex CP24 distribution panel on the back with a set of 16 9 pin
connectors.  Although we've sucessfully interfaced our ASCII terminals to the
MicroVAX, we haven't been able to connect a modem to the system.  Does anyone 
have any experience or hints?
