Some software we hope to use for remote printing to a Vax has a series of
definitions referring to terminal control as defined in 4.2 BSD: "tchars",
"ltchars", "sttygb" ... TANDEM, EVENP, LN0HANG; TIOCGETP, TIOCGLTC, etc.
Does anyone have a list or header file giving the translations of 4.2's
ioctl.h material into 4.3's termio.h/curses.h?

In Irix 3.2.1 the include file rpcsvc/rex.h also refers to the (nonexistant)
tchars, ltchars, and sttygb.
