I'm looking at p. 263 of the Sun Fortran Programmer's Guide, v1.2.  It has
a listing for a routine by the name of fpecnt, which is supposed to appear
on a page with trpfpe(3F) (trap and repair floating-point faults).  I
can't find this routine anywhere, and I'd like to use it I think.  Could
somebody send me a description?
