I need to assign colors to Panels and panel_items.  I have looked through
the SunView I Programers guide but can only find reference to assigning
colors to canvases.  I would appreciate any help you can give to me.

We are currently running SunOS 4.0.1.  Please send replies directly to me
as I do not regularly read news.  I will summarize and post the responses
I receive.  Thank you in advance.
