I am going to clarify my previous problem. I am installing the frame grabber into a Sun 4. The connector is a 9U (3x32). The frame grabber is for the Sun VMEbus. The problem is as follows: backplane of Sun 4 | Sun VMEbus | V connector V -----------------------------------------------+ _ -______________+ - - | - - frame | - - grabber | - -______________+ -----------------------------------------------+ ^ ^ | | +-------+-------+ | space need to be fill in orde to mate the two connectors I heard that there is a "dummy" card that fill the space and connects the Sun VMEbus to the card (frame grabber in our case). Also, one can also use a ribbon cable that brings the two connectors together. Do you know the part number for this kind of card or cable? Joseph Yip
