I have just received DOS TeX and am trying to get it to work.  The problem is
that I can get no output using the plain.bat file and I just get garbage
printed on the screen when using latex.bat.

I looked around the directories for help files but located none.

I downloaded a file off of my mainframe that does compile ok using Tex, but
it still didn't work using DOS TeX.

Any help would be most appreciated.
