This will probably end up appearing weekly, but:

The latex/tex sources can be found on labrea.stanford.edu in
pub/tex/unix.

The dvi driver sources can be found on science.utah.edu in
aps:<tex.dvi>  --- remember its not a unix system, so use tenex AND
binary modes to transfer files!
