Thanks to everybody who mailed me their hacks, and also to those who
pointed me to the AMS mssymb font family that includes a ``blackboard
bold'' font that apparently does just what I want.

Now.  I got the msxm and msym fonts from labrea but our mf seems to
mysteriously choke on it.  I've been too busy to spend more than 30
seconds analyzing what happened.

Are these fonts for mf84?  Is there a more proper place to get them
from?  (well, yes, it does occur to me that the AMS is only about
1-1/2 miles away from here...).  Barring that, is there a place I can
grab a set of gf of pk fonts from?
