The right way to think about the DECstation 2100/3100 relative to the
VAXstation 3100 is that they share the same box (and therefore external
connectors) and SCSI peripherals.

Beyond that, they are completely different machines.  All other bets are off...

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to the question, but it is
certainly possible that DTR and DSR is implemented.
