I'm running Windows/386 v2.1.  Is there a way (option?), to have Windows
pass mouse movements thru to DOS applications running in the 
Windowed Command Processor.  Of course, Windows must still capture mouse
events in the window's borders to implement purely Windows functions.

Any ideas?
