I'm implementing new CopyArea code for the R4 server which speeds up non
GXcopy-mode bitblt for both color and monochrome frame buffers.  But, I have no
applications which do non-copy blt and I'm looking for some input.

I need to know how applications are using non-copy mode bitblt, both the raster
ops and whether non-trivial planemasks are used.  Given this, I can optimize, in
a relatively space-efficient manner, each commonly used combination.
