In GNU Emacs 18.54.2 of Sat Feb 10 1990 on icule (usg-unix-v)

`C-x 4 a' (add-change-log-entry-other-window) is undocumented in the
`Change Log' texinfo node.  Should it be?  It is a useful feature.
