Has anyone done anything that would automagically run
gnus-Subject-caesar-message if the keyword "rot13" is seen in the
Keywords field of a rec.humor.funny article?

If not, does this sound like the kind of thing a kill-file can do?  I
don't want to dig into that confusticating section in the manual
unless it seems like it will do what I want it to do.
