A test release of libg++ 1.37.0 is in

    mach1.npac.syr.edu:~ftp/pub/C++/libg++-1.37.0.xtar.Z
    labrea.stanford.edu:~ftp/pub/gnu/libg++-1.37.0.xtar.Z

Use the g++-1.37.0 test release to compile it. Please report
any problems.
