Build against GCC 1.37.  GNU C++ 1.36.4 is much closer to GNU C++
1.37.0, than it is to GNU C++ 1.36.0.  GNU C++ 1.37.0 will be
officially available if nobody reports any embarrassing bugs between
now and tomorrow morning at 9AM (PST).
