Is there "C" source code floating about for some of the simpler
TCP/IP utilities, such as PING? I want to learn a bit about writing
utilities for TCP/IP, and one of the best ways is to look at
some-one else's code. I have the Wollongong socket library so
something writen with that in mind would be nice. But anything would
probably be OK for learning.
