I went through this not too long ago:
the card for the 8232 is an ungermann-bass 2273a ethernet card
the phone no is 1 800 USE NET1 (at least, in california).
the address is 3990 freedom circle, santa clara ca 95052.
the card was 395,(less 15% for educational discount, for us).
the terms were net/30 and f.o.b. shipping point (must be in p.o.)
