We currently run Penn State's NETNEWS package.  It is currently available on
PSUVM's LISTSERVer.  Unfortunately, there is no real-time NNTP interface into
NETNEWS.  Currently we use Queen's University NNTPRCVR package to receive
articles from a Unix machine and batch feed them to NETNEWS.  We then use
SMTP to send articles back to the Unix system.
