Maybe I can answer that for you. Sip-and-puffs are devices used to control different things (electric wheelchairs, to name one) by Quads who can only move their heads. The headband pointers are used by these saame individuals to turn the pages of a book, type on a typewriter or computer, etc. I don't use either as I have some use of my arms and hands.
