While there do seem to be 2 or 3 duplicate votes in the
posted summary, it is clear that there was overwhelming
support in favor of the group and that the group should 
be created.

I do hope that a periodic posting is created for the
group to avoid have s.c.v. become the flamefest that is
called s.c.china ...
