On Tuesday, February 20, 1990, site attctc was disconnected and removed
from service.  I realize that this is a bad thing from the Net's perspective.
It was as much of a surprise to those of us here as it is to those who are
going to be inconvenienced by its unforewarned departure.

For the meantime, please modify your paths files to reflect attctc as
DEAD.  There is a possibility that there will be a replacement machine
up in the area within a few weeks.  As more details become available, 
they will be posted.

I'll answer questions as best I am able via email.  Sorry about this.
