Many of you are going to be receiving bounced mail from sites that all
of us know good-and-well exist.  Much of this is going to be due to the
unannounced departure of attctc from service (and another site in the
area that appears to be having problems as well).

Please wait a couple of days and resubmit anything that bounces.  Hopefully
by that time, things will have been corrected (or at least made tolerable).
