I am looking for a very high speed counter (in the 100MHz range) to be
interfaced to the IBM PC/XT computer.  The counter should be externally
triggerable and has 24-bit or 32-bit resolution.

Anybody knows a vendor for such a counter here in the USA.  I need this 
urgently.
