Did anyone else notice that Iraq launched a payload into low earth orbit
on Dec. 5 (Defense Electronics, Feb 1990 p16).  The missle is called
"Al Abid" --> The Worshipper.

How is Iraq doing in the atomic bomb area?  The Israeli AF have bombed
their atomic piles before, but that was quite a few years ago.
