Here is more info: LP's: Psycho Candy: This is the feedback album Mark talked about. Its from 1985 and I still listen to it, because there are some good numbers behind the feedback and distortion. During this point in their career the Reid brothers did some chaotic live concerts some of them not longer than 20 minutes with total chaos and feedback on stage. 12" EP: Some Candy Talking: A sort of acoustic outing. First signs of mellowing This song is excellent. A great pop tune. 1987 brought the LP DARKLANDS with the singles April Skies and something or other with rain. The feedback is almost gone, but only about half the songs are really good. (My opinion) Not very good is a compilation of B side singles and other obscure stuff including Velvet Underground and Beach Boys tunes. This LP (cheap) was if I recall correctly BARBED WIRE KISSES (if you get it buy the CD because there are at least 5 extra tunes on it). Finally we have last years AUTOMATIC a straightforward R'nR album apperently with some good tunes (This is the first JAMC product I did not get). On tour (at least when I saw them) they are a quartet with the drummer being aliased with a drum machine. Hop this helps. Go see them, they are probably worth it (if in good form). christoph
