We haven't been using bill and fine very long, but I would be glad to share
the knowledge we've gained about these records.  Call me between 9:30 and 4:30
Eastern -- avoid Wed after 2:30 and Thursday mornings.  We circulate a lot of
book and generate a lot of fines, so our experience is building fast!
