I discussed the lack of the return time on fine notices with John Bodfish (of
NOTIS) at the Circ Workshop in Dallas last June.  He told me this was
obviously an oversight and that it would be a "quick fix."  He said he'd make
sure it got "fixed" as soon as he returned to Evanston.  I forgot about it
(having other things on my mind for the past 9 months -- implementing
Circulation seems to keep me occupied!) and I have not followed up with him.
