Deb Hawley want an information of the population of SAS-L.

This question is to answer by getting a statistic of SAS-L from
any LISTSERV, that provide the SAS Discussion List. It is only one
LISTSERV to tell.

Upon CMS Host try the command:

           tell listserv at <node-id> stat sas-l

and you get a list with all people who has sent a mail to SAS-L. The number
of lines (minus the headinglines) of this file is the number of people they
have hat communicated with SAS-L.

At this time have circa 1000 persons (from 15th November 1986) worldwide
discussed with SAS-L.
