If you are looking to do multitasking with DV, my best advice is to get
something which does EEMS. Note that EMS 4.0, although a later spec,
is a much less useful spec in that you can palm almost anything off as
EMS 4.0.

Do not buy a 286 with a NEAT chipset if you want to multitask.
You will probably end up with a 386sx as I did.
