Recently, however, I haven't been receiving the last message in the set. If the file is mailed in n parts, I get parts 1/n through (n-1)/n, but the last part, n/n never seems to get all the way here. I realize that net mail is not totally reliable. But this has happened three times out of the last four files I have requested. Has anyone else experienced this problem on a regular basis? Does anyone know if there is a way to request just one part of a multipart file? Does anyone know where problems like this should be reported, or how I might possibly figure out where the problem is? Thanks in advance for your help. E-mail responses are welcome at pipkins@imagen.com Of course I will summarize if appropriate. Thanks, Jeff Pipkins pipkins@imagen.com 205/633-4300
