Where are some pd or shareware programs that can control the shape and
blink/non-blink characteristic of the cursor.

I remember a discussion sometime last year in comp.sys.ibm.pc about this,
but cannot locate any of the articles. I looked at simtel20 in the sysutl
area, but only found one -- unblink1 -- which produces a large non-blinking
cursor.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
