Thanks! The people who run LISTSERV at nodak and rpi both claim they get SIMTEL20's directory listings every day. In practice, it appears to be more like every 2-3 days. I have no idea why, unless the file request load is so high they they just don't have time to get a new directory list. So, to answer your question, I would suggest that LISTSERV and TRICKLE users wait 3 days after seeing my new file announcements.
