I'm having problems getting the MH mail front end (mh-e.el) to work in GNU
Emacs 18.55 (on Sun 3 machines running SunOS 4.0.3).  We're running MH 6.3.
I've set mh-progs and mh-lib correctly, and mh-user-path has the path to my
mail directory in it.

However, when I try to inc (mh-rmail), it claims that my inbox is empty (it
isn't), and when I try to (mh-scan-folder) any other folder, it claims that
that folder is empty, too.

Where should I look next?  What are the common problems in setting up mh-e?
Has anyone gotten it to work?
