	I'm sure someone has one of these lying around.  None of the libraries
in Seattle have it and it is out of print at the publisher.  In order to keep 
follow-ups to a minimum send your replies via e-mail, and if anyone else is
interested in buying one used send me e-mail and I'll direct all of my surplus
