I am taking the algorithms out of PRACTICAL ASTRONOMY
WITH YOUR CALCULATOR and coding them into computer
programs on my PC. But I need a reliable method of knowing
when daylight savings starts and ends. Anyone know such a
method, i.e. 3rd Saturday in April or similiar?
BTW, these are being coded in the APL language.
