 On an AT class machine I have successfully used DMA Ch1 on the first
 8237 for I/O to a custom module. However, I am not able to make Ch5,
 Ch6, or Ch7 operate.  Aside from the obvious differences of port
 addresses and edge connector pinout, what is different about using this
 second 8237 ?
