It would be nice if, while the system is prompting for folder names or
"to" names, it would do "name completion" like Emacs or tcsh.  For instance,
typing a few characters followed by ESC would complete a name from the alias
table or the folder directory; typing ^D or some such would get a list of
names that begin with what's been typed so far.

A more modest change would allow a "?" in the "To:" and "cc:" prompts to
show the alias list, like the "folder:" prompt does when saving a message.
