I have maded a new sendmail queue to hold messages which should only be
tried a couple a times a day. In order to look at the contens of this
queue I'm using the command /usr/lib/sendmail -bp -oQ/var/spool/dqueue.

This gives me the correct result when I run it as root, but when I run as
a normal user it prints Mail queue empty. Why does it do that ?

I'm using the sendmail from Ultrix 3.1 Rev 14 on a RISC machine.
