polyslo has been down for a coupla days, so i havn't had a chance to upload
it, but the latest revision of fsuucp is ready to go. I will be uploading
it to polyslo later tomorrow or friday, and hopefully it'll be put in the
proper FTP directory over the weekend.

fsuucp contains PC versions of "rnews" as well as "readnews" and "postnews."
