If there is a domain other than "UUCP", send to the internet forwarding host. If the domain is "UUCP", look it up in the maps and send by that route (we use smail for this). Otherwise, assume local mail. A non-"UUCP" domain in the UUCP maps gets sent to the internet forwarding host. If they don't check the UUCP maps themselves, the mail gets bounced.
