You can't do this - it's like changing your mailing address without moving ( example: deciding you don't like Tennesee and declaring that Memphis is now part of California. Mail to Jesse in Memphis Ca. will probably be returned to sender [if it's not simply lost] ). I see that you're a uunet.uu.net customer.
