The SUN SPAARC station includes an AM79C30 sound chip.
I am trying to generate tones, and ti seems ridiculous that I must dump a
buffer of samples to the D/A converter in order to do so.
Does anybody know what the capabilities of the chip are, and what I must do
in order to get it to generate tones for me?
