Without meaning to be unkind, can I maybe suggest that if you don't know who the president was, and if the said president was male or female, then the actual reason for the resignation is probably of no interest to you at all. If you still want to know, look in the minutes of the DC board of directors meeting, which are normally published in login, and in this group.
