The 1.3 compiler fixes the "_foo multiple declared" bug.  It's on
bugs.nosc.mil, I believe.

I can't help here.  I don't think anybody's been able to compile kermit
using the PC ACK compiler.  Perhaps Bruce's compiler would work?
