You might want to have a look at the src/minix/tools/init.c file, which
contains the table for /etc/ttys (last I checked...)  Also, this was covered
in the 1.3 USER_GUIDE file.  I haven't completed my upgrade yet, so I don't
know about 1.5.0 or 1.5.3 yet.
