I am trying to get a Dataproducts LZR2665 working with a VAX6210 with Ultrix
v3.1. 

What I would like to know:
+ What the entry in /etc/printcap looks like.
+ What filters you are using.
+ Does the Adobe Transcript package work.
+ Any misc items that would be of interest.
